Completed the survey and got a call from Michelle within 2 hours. She was thorough, kind, and understood our urgent need to find a place. From our first interaction, she had options available. She heard our additional needs, researched, and called back with more options within hours. We were able to find a place through a family contact, if not I know Michelle would have taken care of us. I am grateful I found Michelle and Prestige in my family’s time of need. It was definitely an answered prayer. I highly recommend Michelle and Prestige and will call them for future needs. 🙌🫶😊Michelle didnt waste any time. She showed us what was available in the most conveniently and visually detailed way possible. We went there, were approved, moved in. Had been an issue getting approved anywhere it wasn't a problem for Michelle. Thanks again for getting us into a good place that we are enjoying living in. Definitely recommend if are not wanting to waste money on application fees that will never get back. I was having a hard time finding a place to get approved and was running out of time. After reading the reviews from everyone I thought I’d give it a try, the whole process was straight forward and I was given 3 options I would qualify for based on my situation. Silviya was there every step of the way and I just moved into an apartment I wouldn’t have found on my own or even know I’d qualify for and I’m beyond grateful. If you’re in need of a place and don’t want the run around or wasting money on applications to just be denied over and over give Prestige and Silviya a try.
